Surface treatment

All our aluminium moulds are available anodised or teflonised:

Anodisation:

A thin hard layer of oxides is formed by electrolysis on the surface of the metal.This treatment ensures easier maintenance and cleaning of the moulds and increases resistance against corrosion and water..

Teflon coating:

The inside of the aluminium moulds can be covered with a Teflon layer.
